At It Comes in Waves, we want you to love your coastal-inspired fashion, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to maintain the flow of our sustainable cycle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
